The best way to use sunscreen is to:
AsraDerm GLUVIT-S Sunscreen Cream with an SPF of at least 30 that provides broad-spectrum protection (protects against both UVA and UVB rays).
Apply sunscreen to all exposed skin, including the face, ears, neck, and tops of your feet. Make sure to apply enough sunscreen to cover all exposed skin. A shot glass full of sunscreen is recommended for an average adult.
Reapply sunscreen every two hours or immediately after swimming or sweating.
Avoid sun exposure during peak hours (10 am to 4 pm)
Wear protective clothing, like long-sleeved shirts, pants, and hats, especially when spending prolonged periods of time in the sun.
Be extra careful around water, sand, and snow because they reflect the sun’s rays, which can increase your chances of getting sunburned.
It’s also important to note that no sunscreen can provide 100% protection, so it’s still important to take other precautions to protect yourself from the sun’s rays, such as seeking shade, wearing protective clothing, and limiting time in the sun.

HOW TO USE:
