Directions :
Apply generously 15 minutes before going outside in the sun. Apply more sunscreen after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after drying off with a towel, and every two hours, at the very least. Taking Precautions Against the Sun: Spending time in the sun raises your chances of developing skin cancer and causes premature ageing of the skin. Limit the amount of time you spend in the sun, particularly from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses. Regular use of a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF worth 15 or higher, in addition to other sun protection measures, will help reduce the likelihood of developing this condition.
