Directions:
For adults, take one (1) tablet twice daily, preferably with meals.
Other Ingredients:
Vegetable Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate. Contains <2% of: Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, and Vegetable Stearic Acid.
